While my reason for this visit was just a software update and I appreciate the fact the appointment was a minimal wait time ( only about an hour)....I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and exp and I appreciate the fact the appointment was a minimal wait time ( only about an hour)....I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and explanation of how or if the new software would change anything with my Soul. My appointment was Friday October 8th and Tuesday October 12th, my check engine light came on. My idle was rough and acceleration was slow. I called on Thursday to see if I needed to do anything or if this could potentially be from the software update....unfortunately I felt my concern was just dismissed. I am taking my Soul in to my mechanic tomorrow (10/16) to have it checked out. I think the service department needs to try to provide better client communication. More
