The service was lacking took a long time for my vehicle to be fixed partly do to back ordered parts which I know was not the fault of the dealership. I finally received my vehicle six months later and had to be fixed partly do to back ordered parts which I know was not the fault of the dealership. I finally received my vehicle six months later and had to put another $2800 into and had it break down two weeks later. Now it is at a Kia dealership in Ohio and who knows how long it will be there. I am neither a happy or satisfied customer. More
