While they did discount my service charges because of their own mistake, the back and forth was awful. My parts weren’t ordered for 5 days after I was told they were going to order them. Which put me in their own mistake, the back and forth was awful. My parts weren’t ordered for 5 days after I was told they were going to order them. Which put me in a rental car for longer than I needed to be. I appreciate the discount, but it was their lack of organization that caused the issue. More
I went for recalls. Parts where to be there for one and and order for the other one. My vehicle was in the service department for just over 15 minutes. I was told they did not have the parts for the recalls and would have to call me we they came in. That sucked! My time was wasted! When I got into my vehicle, the stations on the radio was no longer programed, (which I reset before I pulled away), and the clock was no longer at the correct time. I have yet to get it set to the correct time! Totally do not like your service department! Had it not be a recall, I would have never been there!!! More
