I was told warranty wasn’t good. I was lied to. I was told that they had topped off my oil when in fact they didn’t. I checked it and it was bone dry which is why they had my car for I was lied to. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and did an issue with my side mirror and captain seats to be checked. After waiting 2 hours I went to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told it was in line fo with my side mirror and captain seats to be checked. After waiting 2 hours I went to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told it was in line for a car wash and I said no thanks I need to get to work. A tech went over my paperwork (not the person I dropped my vehicle off with) and explained that the person who drove my car did not hear a noise. I said I didn’t make a complaint about a noise. When I repeated the complaint I was told I should drop it off and request a loaner next time so they could have it longer. This information would’ve been nice at 7:45 when I arrived. More
