A missing radiator cap caused me to wait for a tow truck on the highway for 4 hours. Had them put the radiator cap back on the next morning and a couple hours later realized the alignment was completely mes on the highway for 4 hours. Not helpful and unorganized. Called to tell them what was wrong with the vehicle. They told me I would have to bring it in. I wouldn't have paid for a diagnosis fee to sit there for an hour and then just to be told they couldn't do anything. They shouldn't have made me bring it out there in the first place if that was the case. The problem that was wrong with my vehicle was with the touchscreen and they claimed that part of my warranty had expired only 3 months before and if I had brought it in 3 months ago it would've been covered. There was nothing wrong with it 3 months prior. They clearly said that it was a manufacturer issue but they couldn't fix unless I paid $900+ More
