Very dissatisfied with them for leaving tools under my hood and didn't say anything. I drove at least 50 miles not knowing they were in there. Horrible experience. This will be third time I’m coming back for same issue of the air conditioner. They promised both times that it was for sure fixed. I went to the service center concerning an issue I had with my car radio not displaying when the interior of my car got hot. I was told that it wasn’t covered under warranty. I knew this information was i with my car radio not displaying when the interior of my car got hot. I was told that it wasn’t covered under warranty. I knew this information was incorrect, and called the warranty company myself to find out that it WAS covered under warranty. I’ve called Rusty Wallace Kia 5 times regarding them fixing this issue, and have yet to receive a call back. They keep taking my name/number and telling me they have to talk to an advisor and get back with me. More

Pros: everyone there was friendly. Cons: I was there for 2+ hours for an oil change & maintenance check. When I scheduled it, I was told it was time for a $200+ checkup.
