They were very accommodating and got me in quickly. I only have 2 issues. The first is they couldn’t guarantee it was fixed which may be a Kia issue as it was a warranty item. Communication needs work. I dropped my car off after-hours on a Monday and called first thing Tuesday morning. While I did tell them I wasn’t in a rush to have the issue diagn I dropped my car off after-hours on a Monday and called first thing Tuesday morning. While I did tell them I wasn’t in a rush to have the issue diagnosed and fixed, I did not hear back with full diagnosis and estimate until Thursday morning (that was after I called Wednesday to inquire and the service consultant said the technician had already left for the day). I chose not to have the repairs complete, so I cannot speak to the quality or value, but due to the lackluster communication, I likely would have taken it elsewhere anyway More
