Rusty Wallace Kia didn't waste our time with any of that. Everything went smooth as butter. Everyone we spoke with was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, and our salesman (David) was patient, full of good energy, and above all, interested in our needs. We purchased a new Kia Optima and a new Kia Soul with far less hassle than we could have imagined. After a little indecision on our part, and a lot of question-answering on David's, we walked away with two new vehicles that we couldn't be happier with. Excellent Service Department I have a KIA Optima I purchased in 2010 from Rusty Wallace KIA,I had an excellent experience from day one...Recently I was in an accident and although I have a KIA Optima I purchased in 2010 from Rusty Wallace KIA,I had an excellent experience from day one...Recently I was in an accident and although my car was able to be driven,I called Rusty Wallace KIA and spoke to them,they said to come on and we will figure out something and once I got there,they gave me a loaner vehicle and recommended a body shop that my insurance company can have my car towed to....My insurance adjuster showed up the next day and my car was towed to the body shop ..These guys are wonderful .I am a single woman and had no where to turn to,these guys stepped up and made this process so easy...I was able to have a loaner while my car was in the body shop because I did not have rental car on my insurance,.so I will never forget the generosity of these wonderful people.... I will always recommend and do business with this KIA dealership More
