Work at Rusty Wallace Alcoa Hwy Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a busy day and they were a little shorthanded but I was greeted very quickly . In and out in a few minutes. Had to leave the car overnight as it was maintenance that was quite lengthy . Of all dealerships and service departments I have dealt with in the past 35 years this has been the first one that when a loner car was promised the promise was kept. Prompt and excellent service. Bought a use Kia in from Florida. Was having steering issues with the vehicle. Car wouldn't turn left out right. Cut off,couldn't move it.
