He took down information told me what they would do and advised me if I needed a loaner car t Pulled in the service area and was greeted immediately. Approximately 1 hour later came in with report and advised me all service had been done and none that weren't covered by warranty. Signed paper, he showed me to my washed car and I was on my way.
