Excellent service! Had a problem with my starter. Had to visit the service center on two separate occasions for it. The first occasion was a bit of a hiccup (things happen), but the service team took the responsibility to make it right on my second visit. My starter was fixed, car was washed, and I had a smile on my face! They truly care about their customers and their customers' experiences. "It's not that you mess up, it's how you fix it that matters!" All my experiences at this location have been great. Rusty Wallace Kia is also not the closest location to me; obviously worth the distance, in my opinion. Keep it up! More
