Trading a Kia for a Kia Salesman greeted us and was genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Inventory was large; many models from which to choose. General manager also too Salesman greeted us and was genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Inventory was large; many models from which to choose. General manager also took active role in purchase and gave us top dollar for our trade-in and great deal on new 2018. We absolutely did no haggling. Finance representative was very thorough and answered all my questions. Great car buying experience. Even washed new car and filled it up for us! We love Rusty Wallace Kia!
