They provided the upmost customer service for my daughter and I. Greg shoots it straight to you, speaking from experience with his own teenage daughters. He even drove the purchased vehicle to our home location, Pigeon Forge, leaving us with a tank full of gas and a spare key with a few extras. All of the employees we were greeted by or were introduced to, were friendly and sincere. Greg and Brandon worked with my daughter and I professionally, with curtisty and honesty. More

Oil chsnge I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Service person met me and took my name and pulled up my info. Warranty My kia only has 79000 miles and the said my accerator pedal sensor is not cocered even tho it is a control of the drive train. edit.. well I let them My kia only has 79000 miles and the said my accerator pedal sensor is not cocered even tho it is a control of the drive train. edit.. well I let them replace the sensor and they worked a deal for me to only pay half. i am still miffed about this not being under warranty. oh well live and learn.
