9 1/2 hours to change a tire! I called to imform car was being towed in. Theynever called that it arrived like they said they would. I called 2 hours to check and they had no idea I called to imform car was being towed in. Theynever called that it arrived like they said they would. I called 2 hours to check and they had no idea my car was there. They had to find the car then find the key...couldn’t find the key. I called tow service and the key was where they said it wasnt. The part was warrantied and they argued it was not. Finally they tell me it will be done at 2:00. I called at 2:30 and they just resolved the warranty, said it would be done at 3:45, 4:30 they tell me it is done. Feel like I am not important and upset they treated me like this. They argued about a warranty that they know ai have because I used it two days before. More

They provided the upmost customer service for my daughter and I. Greg shoots it straight to you, speaking from experience with his own teenage daughters. He even drove the purchased vehicle to our home location, Pigeon Forge, leaving us with a tank full of gas and a spare key with a few extras.
