I have taken my 2019 Kia Sorento to Rusty Wallace Kia service center for several manufacturer’s recalls. After having a poor experience at another Kia dealership, I spoke with Greg Taylor at Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. Greg was so easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment within one week at Rusty Wallace Kia, and they started on my car immediately when I brought it in. The service representative told me it would take an hour and 20 minutes, an Wallace Kia, and they started on my car immediately when I brought it in.
