This was the best car buying experience we've had. BJ our salesman was great! I talked to him before we made our 2 hour trip over and he was very nice and informative. Nice people as they always are. Got a seemingly good deal on the car however they didn’t offer any warranty included in the sale. Not even a 30 day or something like it. The service man did not tighten my drain plug when he changed my oil. My husband called and spoke with the manager and he told my husband for me to bring it in the next day. I brought my car in. Kia serv changed my oil. My husband called and spoke with the manager and he told my husband for me to bring it in the next day. I brought my car in. Kia service man changed my oil again free of charge, and gave me a card that had another free oil change on it. Thank you Kia for making it right. More
