Had to have my car towed to Kia of Alcoa to have it looked at, the service center ended up keeping my car for 2 weeks after I was told it would be looked at 3 days after it got to the facility. I came in at 6:30 on a Friday (end of the month) for an appointment to look at buying a new car. I left with my new car and I love it. Dylan was so awesome to work with.
