Dealer was helpful, friendly, and willing to make a deal relatively quick. It took a bit of finagling to get where we both felt comfortable, but eventually did. We love the car overall. I told the service advisor to call me before they did any work other than what we had discussed. He did not call me, and they ran extra diagnostics and charged me for them with out discussing it with me. Whe work other than what we had discussed. When I went to pick my vehicle up, my original service advisor was off that day so I dealt with Robert. I expressed my frustrations with Robert and he recommended I speak with the service manager. I did not ask for this, I was just passing along my displeasure with my experience. He asked me if I had five minutes to wait. I responded yes and that I would be in the waiting room. THIRTY minutes later I go looking for Robert to get an update, as this was starting to not be worth my time, only to find out Robert had gone to lunch and it was going to be another thirty minutes. Common courtesy to me would have been to stop in the waiting room to provide an update before he left. My original service advisor was the young man who sits at the first computer when you walk in. I can't remember his name. I would be cautions if he is the one helping you. More
