While they did discount my service charges because of their own mistake, the back and forth was awful. My parts weren’t ordered for 5 days after I was told they were going to order them. Which put me in their own mistake, the back and forth was awful. My parts weren’t ordered for 5 days after I was told they were going to order them. Which put me in a rental car for longer than I needed to be. I appreciate the discount, but it was their lack of organization that caused the issue. More

The transition from my big truck to tiny car wasn’t an easy one for me mentally, but economically it had to happen. Ron honestly made the experience as good as it could be!
