Hello. I apoligize if your vehicle did not get rinsed after your service department. If it is raining we will not do any service washes on that day. Please feel free to bring it by for a courtesy rinse anytime you would like. As for the service, we strive to make sure your vehicle is fixed correctly when you get it back. So I promise that your car not being rinsed has no bearing on the quality of work we perform on your vehicle. We are super excited to have Jenna Mays as our service manager. She has been with the company for over 5 years and worked her way up to that position. The previous service manager moved back to Memphis to be with his sick mother. Hello. Thank you for using our service department here at Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. I apoligize about your wait, but we do tell customers to alot a 2 hour window for services when you come in. We not only do an oil change, but we inspect the entire vehicle and make recommendations if we see any issues. The vehicle also goes to our car wash to be rinsed before it is returned to the customer. We are a smaller dealership with limited space so I do apoligize again.
