I went to Rusty Wallace Kia because I was working out of town and needed an oil change. I'm so glad I chose to go here instead of the other two dealerships in the Knoxville area. Everyone was nice, kind, an town and needed an oil change. I'm so glad I chose to go here instead of the other two dealerships in the Knoxville area. Everyone was nice, kind, and friendly along with their service being top notch. I even paid less than I normally do at any other dealership for the exact same service. Heck they even have me a complimentary car wash free of charge. I know if I'm ever back in the area and need any service I'll definitely be going to Rusty Wallace Kia. Thank you all so much. Sent my car in to figure out why my break lights weren’t working, I declined service afterward because it was too expensive. When I got my car back the breaks were pressed the the wheels which caused smoke working, I declined service afterward because it was too expensive.
