Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa

I was scheduled on a Tuesday afternoon to have a service done on my car that was only supposed to take 2-2.5 hours. However, when I got there the service center was very behind on their schedule, so they of done on my car that was only supposed to take 2-2.5 hours. However, when I got there the service center was very behind on their schedule, so they offered to give me a loaner vehicle, and said that my car would be completed by Thursday afternoon at the latest. I waited until Thursday afternoon and never heard from the service center about my car. First thing Friday morning I called and they said that it would be finished Friday afternoon, however my advisor would call when it was complete. I never heard anything from them, so around 1:30 Friday afternoon I called and they said that it would be finished within the next hour to hour and a half. I appreciate the loaner vehicle, however I shouldn’t have to call and keep taps on my vehicle and the service. It was frustrating that I had to keep rearranging my schedule because they failed to inform me that my vehicle was being pushed back to be completed. The communication wasn’t great. More

Although friendly, seemed understaffed. Didn’t have time to rotate my tires even though was part of my service, and didn’t wash my car as they said they would. I left my car with them for 5 days. No diagnostic work was done as I asked. They wanted to sell me an over priced part before testing to confirm if it was needed which was the very thin No diagnostic work was done as I asked.
