I originally brought my car in for service last Thursday. Diagnostics were run by a technician, he was unable to figure out what is wrong with my car. They encouraged me to make an appointment to drop my car Diagnostics were run by a technician, he was unable to figure out what is wrong with my car. They encouraged me to make an appointment to drop my car off for service. I made an appointment for today July 14. When I went to drop my car off this morning, I was told that it would be 2 to 3 days before anyone even looked at my vehicle to find out what was wrong. I was also told there are an additional 10 cars that have already been dropped off that are waiting for service. This was not told to me when I made the initial appointment. I am renting a car because no loaner car is available for the duration of my repair. I feel I was misled by the service department, and at this point I’m very dissatisfied with my service. The dealership still has my car and I was told I will need to wait until tomorrow at the earliest to have any additional information. More
