One person told me one price but when I checked out I was given another price by someone else. Had to explain why I should have been changed 1st price given. Bought car Dec. 2021. Put just over 1000 miles on it and was told by service dept I needed new tires. Was told at time of sale that there was a problem with gas cap 2021. Put just over 1000 miles on it and was told by service dept I needed new tires. Was told at time of sale that there was a problem with gas cap and the problem was fixed with new cap. Problem was not fixed. Had two problems with the car ( new stove belt and fixing the gas cap leak neither covered by warranty I paid over $2000 for. Had to wait 12 for apt because I needed a loaner car. New tires and fixing gas cap problem took over a week to fix. Very poor sales and service. The main reason I bought 3 cars from Rusty Wallace Kia was there honestly and after sales service. What happened? More

Well I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and they came and asked me if I wanted a wash and I said sure but when they pulled it around and we had been there 2 hours already and it hadn't been and they came and asked me if I wanted a wash and I said sure but when they pulled it around and we had been there 2 hours already and it hadn't been washed and has never been washed when I have brought my car out there I am handicapped and have to have a driver so it's not real convenient for me to make it out there More
