I made an appt for 11 and I was there until after 3. The wait time is way too long for an oil change. If my appt is before noon I should be done and out before the whole shop goes to lunch. 8:00am Monday 10/24/22 Dropped off Kia to have oil change and headlight replaced. 3:46pm -I called to see if my car is ready. Was told that Nick was writing up paperwork/estimate and would call me b change and headlight replaced. 3:46pm -I called to see if my car is ready. Was told that Nick was writing up paperwork/estimate and would call me back. 4:31pm – Nick called to give me an estimate of $1,600 to have headlight repaired. NONSENSE! And oh yeah…Your car is stuck on the lift and we can’t get it down. Told me to come pick up a loaner car and hopefully they can get it down tomorrow. 5:00pm- I pick up the loaner which is a BRIGHT YELLOW tiny Kia Sole that smells like something died in it. TUESDAY-10:03am - Nick calls to let me know my car is down and ready. 11:15am-I arrive to pick up my car. Nick tells me he will go get my paperwork. Nick disappears. 11:45am- I go find Nick, who is socializing with co-workers. He was shocked to see me! Apologized and said he forgot I was there. I sign receipt and pay for the oil change. Gives me my copy. Then ask me to sign a 2nd receipt, which shows $$ from past visits. I question why I’m signing this. He tells me it’s just a history report of my car? I’ve never signed such before and since I’m already annoyed, find it odd that I don’t get a copy of whatever the 2nd thing was that I signed. I wish I would have requested that, but at this point just want to get out of here! He walks me to my car that is parked bumper to bumper between another car and ask me if I can get out! OF COURSE NOT! He has to find someone who can get my car out?!!!! Not A Good Experience! More
