Having been a long standing customer, my last experience here at Alcoa KIA was less than stellar. After being told the vehicle was ready I arrived only to wait an hour and a half for the attendants to find here at Alcoa KIA was less than stellar. After being told the vehicle was ready I arrived only to wait an hour and a half for the attendants to find my keys and paperwork. The vehicle repairs seem to be holding up well so far. The attendants were very friendly, but offered no explanation for the long delay. I will continue to buy vehicles and have them serviced at Alcoa KIA. I hope this review helps to improve customer service. Thank you. More
