I recently had a very negative experience with Rusty Wallace Kia of Alcoa and wanted to share my review. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with poor customer service. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, and it was clear that they were understaffed. Communication was a major issue as well. I was never given clear updates on the status of my vehicle, and when I asked questions, I was often given vague or conflicting information. The final straw was when I picked up my vehicle and discovered that the repairs were not done correctly. I have been trying to get heat on my feet since September 2022, with no success. Overall, I would not recommend this auto service company. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. More
