Appointment was made for 7:00 am. When I arrived, there was no one in the service department. Someone in the parts center let us in to wait (there was one other person there for oil c When I arrived, there was no one in the service department. I finally got out with an oil change at 9:00. More

We had a good and pleasant experience at Rusty Wallace Kia. We were going to be leaving for vacation in about 5 days and they were able to get us in for the protective coating application before we left. Kia. I am always impressed by the service I receive at the service department at Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. What I was really impressed by this visit was that all the personnel I dealt with were very caring service department at Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. What I was really impressed by this visit was that all the personnel I dealt with were very caring and went over and above in helping me in a difficult situation. I needed to be in Richmond, Kentucky on the afternoon of the day of my appointment due to a death in my family. The service department completed my requested service and also handled a recall on my vehicle as well and still completed my service in plenty of time for me to make my 150 mile trip up to Kentucky. All I can say is it is a pleasure to work with people who are willing to do everything necessary to provide excellent service plus be very sensitive to their customer's needs. Great job by everyone at the service department at Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa!!! More
