Junior Teffeteller is my go to guy! I actually schedule my service visits when I know he'll be working. He's honest & trustworthy. My teenage daughters are even comfort is my go to guy! My teenage daughters are even comfortable having their cars serviced, without me being present, because he goes above & beyond to make sure it's stress free for them. He will call me if anything needs attention, which allows my day to be mostly uninterrupted. We have a really convenient set up with Junior that makes life so much easier for mom! More

It started in service and ended with a sale of a new CRV EXL. Randy Owens in service is tremendous and helped me, even on his day off. I felt that Randy had my back through the entire situation. Sean Baldwin was the salesman and he too went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I asked for and he wasn't pushy. Lisa Wallace, Travis Wolford, Chad Campbell, Jennifer Littleton and Junior Tefteller all were very enthusiastic, helpful and courteous. I love them all and would recommend them to anyone. I definitely will continue to purchase and have my vehicles serviced by Rusty Wallace Honda. More

Service on December 10, 2016 On Saturday, December 10, 2016, I took my car to the Rusty Wallace Honda for the 15,000 mile service and the experience was wonderful. In October, I On Saturday, December 10, 2016, I took my car to the Rusty Wallace Honda for the 15,000 mile service and the experience was wonderful. In October, I had an unpleasant experience with Airport Honda's service department. I was left for two hours waiting on my car because the check tire pressure light was on. They weren't paying attention and the service manager left a very rude voice message on my phone. If my car broke down in front from Airport Honda, I would have it towed 30 minutes away to Rusty Wallace Honda. On Saturday at Rusty Wallace, I was prompted approached by Matthew who set up my service. I left and went to lunch with family. He called me as we were finishing and told me that the car was ready. When I returned to the dealership, Matthew was busy with another client and immediately Syd asked me if he could help me. (This is not the attention that I received at Airport Honda.) It was professional and a breath of fresh air in comparison. Rusty Wallace Honda, Matthew and Syd are fabulous! More
Service has gotten really bad I had my car serviced there Oct 5, 2016. Been taking my car there for 4 years and purchased it there. The service has gotten consistently worse. Bu I had my car serviced there Oct 5, 2016. Been taking my car there for 4 years and purchased it there. The service has gotten consistently worse. But yesterday was the worst and I will not return there. They have available service personnel to assist you that have no customers but they will redirect you to a busy service person just because when you called and made your appointment that person took the call. The person I was redirected to was on the phone so I had to wait until she was finished to get signed in. Also just the wait to get in the service bay is taking a long time because they are overloaded with service call because of the air bag recall. After I got signed in I was driven to work. I signed in at 8:30 am and was told at noon my car was only 30 minutes from being ready to retrieve. At 1pm I called and told service I needed to get my car back because I had a child that needed to be picked up at school. From that point forward I was redirected, told they would call me back -- which they did not and was only given my car back at 2:30 -- 30 minutes after my son should have been picked up as school. The car was ready but the service clerk I checked in with was out to lunch so they couldn't get me back to my car until she was back in the office -- even though they had 4 other service clerks just hanging around. Ridiculous that Honda thinks it's ok for people to wait and there time is not important and it's more important that you deal with only one service clerk. What happen to the "team work" mentality? Anyway - there are other service centers in Knoxville and I will use them in the future. More
