Had to get some maintenance on my 3yr old CRV. Randy in service dept was awesome to talk to. Explained my options if I needed my rotors resurfaced or replaced. Very calm and polite man and def wou Randy in service dept was awesome to talk to. Explained my options if I needed my rotors resurfaced or replaced. Very calm and polite man and def would use him again as my service advisor. Getting work done on your car is aggravating and kinda nerve-wracking and he made it a pleasant experience. The service/parts department still owes me roughly $600 from April of 2021. I took my used 2 door civic coupe in bc both doors had issues. I had the lock assembly replaced in one door but the passenger doo from April of 2021. I took my used 2 door civic coupe in bc both doors had issues. I had the lock assembly replaced in one door but the passenger door could not be fixed. Therefore they ordered a used door to replace the passenger door. I paid over $900 that day for the lock assembly and labor which was approx $360 for the driver side door, with the remainder being for the replacement passenger door that they were having to order. It took a few weeks to arrive, and in the meantime the starter went bad on the Civic. I was just completely frustrated with all the problems with this car I decided to go purchase a new car from the Kia dealership. When I spoke to Rusty Wallace Honda's service rep I informed them that I no longer needed the replacement of the door. However, since I had already purchased the door I either needed the door to be given to me (since it was mine as I had already paid for it upfront) or I was f due a refund. I have never received the door that I paid for nor have I received a refund. I have made countless phone calls, sent emails, and more recently texts through a number published on their website. No one has ever contacted me in return. I guess they're not wanting to pay me the money that I most definitely am owed. I suppose I'm going to have to take a day off to go show up in person. However, on second thought I have actually I decided that my next phone call or move is to court if I do not hear back from them very soon. I am in no way a litigious person, nor do I think I am being unreasonable in any way. I paid for an item/service that I never received. In essence this is theft and it is ridiculous. Just all around terrible terrible treatment for something that is so easily rectified. Shameful to do to a hard working single mother! More
We are on vacation in Gatlinburg, and on the way back to our condo when we hit a pothole and it busted a hole in the sidewall of our tire. But then I called Rusty Wallace Honda dealership and got the info and exact information on what needed to be done to get me back going. Sidney Booth a Service advisor at that dealership made everything great! My experience with him and the Rusty Wallace dealership was awesome! Thank you very much Sidney! You saved my vacation and saved me a bunch of headaches!!! I would definitely recommend that if anybody is near Rusty Wallace Honda in Knoxville to stop in and let them help you with any problem you may have with your vehicle! You will not regret it! More
I had my 2015 Honda Civic in the service department today. I didn't know what was wrong with it. It was making noises from the passenger side back wheel. He was so nice & concerned, he listened to me about what my car was doing. He helped me with a price I could afford. My car was fixed & I drove off happy. Junior Teffeteller is my go to guy! I actually schedule my service visits when I know he'll be working. He's honest & trustworthy. My teenage daughters are even comfort is my go to guy! I actually schedule my service visits when I know he'll be working. He's honest & trustworthy. My teenage daughters are even comfortable having their cars serviced, without me being present, because he goes above & beyond to make sure it's stress free for them. He will call me if anything needs attention, which allows my day to be mostly uninterrupted. We have a really convenient set up with Junior that makes life so much easier for mom! More
