BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.. REALLY These guys did something I never experienced before at a car dealership...Its so rare it will sound crazy but it is true just the same. My son was looking for a car to buy and found one at this dealership and really worked with us...gave us a great deal and were just awesome to deal with. my son had one more car that he wanted his father and I to go look at with him at another dealership.At that time he decided he would buy that vehicle instead..we even signed the papers and were ready to get the check from our bank.Well we talked to Will Langley at Rusty Wallace Honda and he told us he was really concerned for us because there is a recall out on those vehicles due to the airbag deployment possibly shooting metal shards and asked for our vin # and said he would check it out and call us back... Meanwhile the sales manager we were with told us they were lying and stepped out to make calls and came back with a carfax and some other paper stating this car was great and not under recall and why not let them just do our financing there and take the car right now (yeah)I talked with Will again and he said he and his manager checked on that particular car and it was in recall ....he said he didnt care what car we bought or where but didnt want to see this happen to us.. His manager even called us back and asked us to please not take his word but to call any dealer for this car and they could confirm this...we went right home and checked on the HONDA website for anyone to see that this car was part of the recall.We went back to Rusty Wallace Honda and my son got the car they had....no pressure no lies....I really have thanked GOD for these guys...they cared about US and not just a sale..WE could have lost money but as a mother I will be eternally grateful that they saved my son from driving around in what could have a death trap.I feel like GOD really and truly used them as our guardian angels in this and I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY THAT ABOUT A CAR SALESMAN!!!! Did I mention what a great deal they gave us and how thrilled we are with our purchase? Ask for Will...he is an awesome young man...he will treat you right..by the way...they had 8 or 9 of the same vehicle we tried to buy at the other dealer...they never showed them to us when we were first there because they are in recall and they wouldnt sell something that wasnt safe...THEY dont do business that way...too bad others will More

Price Mistake We asked for an out-the-door price on a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. The price was more than we wanted to pay, so we asked if we got the s We asked for an out-the-door price on a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. The price was more than we wanted to pay, so we asked if we got the same vehicle without navigation what the cost would be. We were told a price that was $2,000 less than the vehicle with navi. We called back in about a week to ask if they had the car in the color we wanted and tell them we were ready to make the deal. We were told the original price they gave us did not include navigation. We had written the price and model down the day we visited the dealership. They either priced the wrong vehicle by their mistake or they are just trying to make more money now. We are still planning on buying a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L but it will not be from Rusty Wallace. We prefer dealers that will honor the price they give their customers. More
