We are from xx. Louis and were on our way home from visiting my wife's family in Virginia. We drove to Sevierville on Thursday night. The next morning my father-in- Louis and were on our way home from visiting my wife's family in Virginia. We drove to Sevierville on Thursday night. The next morning my father-in-law called to tell us there was fluid on the ground where we had parked during our visit. I found Rusty Wallace Honda on maps. We were treated so well by everyone we dealt with during our time there. They got us in quickly and we knew we would have to pay for a diagnostic...but there was no problem with our coolant and there was NO charge. Randy Owens, service advisor, was a great guy!!!! I don't know the other mens' names who helped us, but everyone was GREAT!!!!! We appreciate your help!!! More

Even though the car we originally came in for was no longer available, he went above and beyond to help us find another vehicle that ended up being a perfect fit. He made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and enjoyable. Alex and the other folks at Rusty Wallace Honda (Brad and Jake) were incredible. I came in at 7pm on a thursday evening and they stayed with me until 10pm to make sure i was taken care of. I was originally interested in a car that was not at their physical location. I was reluctant to swap to a completely different model when the sales manager asked if I would change models. I declined. their physical location. I was reluctant to swap to a completely different model when the sales manager asked if I would change models. I declined. So I swapped to a different Accord. No big deal. I took delivery of the used dealer car and it was missing a second key and the owners manuals. Paige found them and gave them to me a week later. The car did not have any gas in it when I took delivery. I had to fill it up when I left the lot. That seemed unusual for a Honda dealership. The car with only 8500 miles had deep smudges and a marker stain in the overhead which their detail department missed when preparing to sale the car. I will have to pay someone detail the car. I’ve owned 10 Hondas, 5 brand new and 5 used and this has been the most unusual experience I’ve ever had with a new car dealer. I thought going used and saving a few thousand would be a decent move but I’m second guessing that choice. Lack of attention to detail is a problem across the board. More
