Ultimately, I purchased those two vehicles elsewhere. The one I did purchase had problems. I got the car one day, they kept it the next 8 days. Basically it was over their technicians head. Ford had to spoon-feed the testing process. Finally I took it to another Ford dealership for resolution. Also, I receive numerous periodic free incentives and communications from the service departments of the vehicles I purchased elsewhere. This dealership, maybe one full price oil change solicitation in eight months. More
