Ford had to spoon-feed the testing process. Finally I took it to another Ford dealership for resolution. Also, I receive numerous periodic free incentives and communications from the service departments of the vehicles I purchased elsewhere. This dealership, maybe one full price oil change solicitation in eight months. More
