Great Dealership and salesman that really care My daughter recently purchased a car at this dealership. We had looked all over the area, including Knoxville. I have to say, that we dealt with so many salesman, I was getting very frustrated. When we arrived here, Jeff met us on the lot and I was extremely impressed with him. His mannerisms and words showed that he truly wanted to help us find what we wanted, and not just make a buck. Throughout the entire process, he was very pleasant, well spoken and professional. He has even called us to check on how happy we are and sent a thank you note. This is what you call customer service. I will never have to shop around again, as this is where myself and all of my friends and family will go. Awesome people. More
