Great Dealership and salesman that really care My daughter recently purchased a car at this dealership. We had looked all over the area, including Knoxville. This was about the 8th dealership tha My daughter recently purchased a car at this dealership. We had looked all over the area, including Knoxville. This was about the 8th dealership that we visited. I have to say, that we dealt with so many salesman, I was getting very frustrated. When we arrived here, Jeff met us on the lot and I was extremely impressed with him. His mannerisms and words showed that he truly wanted to help us find what we wanted, and not just make a buck. Throughout the entire process, he was very pleasant, well spoken and professional. He has even called us to check on how happy we are and sent a thank you note. This is what you call customer service. I will never have to shop around again, as this is where myself and all of my friends and family will go. Awesome people. More

Excellent service from sales to service department My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years. Having done so we always head into a dealership with a sense of dread. You expect high pressure, shady number games and the feeling you are going to be taken advantage of. This was not the case with Rusty Wallace Ford in Newport, Tn. The staff was friendly, courteous and respectful. We had already researched vehicles on the internet and knew what we wanted to look at. Our salesman Shane was very pleasant. When it was time for negotiating Shane said he was going to talk to the General Manager. This is when I looked at my husband and whispered, "here it comes, the run-around". What happened was totally unexpected. Now I have always heard of "The General Manager", but having never seen one, I thought they were a mythical beast, something like a Unicorn. Well I can honestly say they are real. We met one and he actually came down and sat with us and we chatted. We were not buying a new high dollar car but an older affordable model and this gentleman still felt our business was important enough to come and introduce himself and sit with us for a bit. Wow, how great is that! Since then we have used their service department to purchase two full sets of tires for our other vehicles. I can't say enough about this dealership. They are absolutely the best. We will continue to use them for all of our automotive needs. More
