A few years ago (July, 2015) I came across a beautiful one owner Tuxedo Black Ford F-150 online. I think my soul knew I wanted/needed that truck before I did :) We were FL residents with a vacation home here and I actually worked via email/phone with Daniel on the purchase, showed up with my hubby later that afternoon with the paperwork ready for his signature. Yup I'm one of those wives ... do all the research and negotiation and show up with him for signatures. I thought at that time that I had the best treatment I could possibly imagine. Bring on August 2018 ... once again came across a beautiful one owner Ford Expedition <3 Oh my ... here we go again LOL. I messaged the ad on FaceBook and who do I get? Well of course it's Big E! He was off that day but took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Took the hubby down to take a look at it, drive it. I sent him a msg letting him know where I was on numbers and they did everything possible to get me the deal to drive "Phylis" home. I can't say enough about this dealership! Everyone there - whether it's sales, finance or service - bends over backwards to make you feel at home, like you're family! I know we will never shop anywhere else - if RWF doesn't have it I don't need it. Thanks guys - once again - a happy wife! More

Disappointed Price was more than estimate, work took a day and a half more than the service advisor said. Very rude and no communication to customer. Broke Down My family had just begun our 3 week SouthEast camping trip from Michigan. We had just come from Kentucky on our way to Gatlinburg, TN. The truck started losing power, we lost air conditioning and we called our local Ford Dealership. He suggested the closest dealership in Dandridge, Rusty Wallace Ford. We barely made it up the hill to the dealership pulling our 32' camper. We explained our situation to the service desk and were told they could maybe look at the truck on Monday. This was Wednesday and we were headed to South Carolina on Monday! She did not offer to find another dealership to help us out or showed any type of concern that we were stuck in their parking lot in 100 degree temperature with 2 kids and a dog....no empathy at all! Our family vacation was over...until we met Daryl at Lance Cunningham Ford. He told us he could get us in immediately, he understood our situation and assured he would do whatever it takes to get us back on the road. A friend, who had already set up his camper at the campground in Gatlinburg, came back to the unhelpful ford dealership to pick up our camper and famiy who were stranded as my husband slowly drove the truck to Knoxville. More

Service desk staff A++ but service manager ZERO! The current service manager/director (Steve McHenry) is the rudest individual that I have ever encountered! The ladies working the service desk were so nice and actually apologized for the way Steve M. treated and talked to me. I love the sales staff, the service desk ladies and owners BUT STEVE M. (service manager) needs to be fired or at least given a job in which he does not interact with customers! More
