Found one green car with light colored interior Once again we have not been disappointed by Eric Freeman @ Rusty Wallace in Dandridge. I had told Eric that I was looking for a gently used car, pre Once again we have not been disappointed by Eric Freeman @ Rusty Wallace in Dandridge. I had told Eric that I was looking for a gently used car, preferably green with a light interior. Found one, Ford Escape, within my price range. Being a person who doesn't adjust well to change, {still use a flip-phone} Eric patiently tutored me through all the bells and whistles. He is a wonderful person and this is the 4th time we have bought from him. We have had all our vehicles , including a F-150, we still own serviced by Rusty Wallace. Very satisfied customers. Worst Service Department Ever My car is having mechanical problems making the check engine light come on and out of two visits my car is still not fixed. The part that needs to be My car is having mechanical problems making the check engine light come on and out of two visits my car is still not fixed. The part that needs to be fixed is a very common problem in Fords but when I suggested what is wrong with it they do not check for it. I feel as if I am getting charged for services I don’t need. I’ve already been charge $500 and the cost will most likely keep climbing. More

A few years ago (July, 2015) I came ac There is not enough space to put all of my thoughts about RWF, Daniel (finance) and of course Eric "Big E"!!!! A few years ago (July, 2015) I came across a beautiful one owner Tuxedo Black Ford F-150 online. I think my soul knew I wanted/needed that truck before I did :) We were FL residents with a vacation home here and I actually worked via email/phone with Daniel on the purchase, showed up with my hubby later that afternoon with the paperwork ready for his signature. Yup I'm one of those wives ... do all the research and negotiation and show up with him for signatures. I thought at that time that I had the best treatment I could possibly imagine. Bring on August 2018 ... once again came across a beautiful one owner Ford Expedition <3 Oh my ... here we go again LOL. I messaged the ad on FaceBook and who do I get? Well of course it's Big E! He was off that day but took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Took the hubby down to take a look at it, drive it. I sent him a msg letting him know where I was on numbers and they did everything possible to get me the deal to drive "Phylis" home. I can't say enough about this dealership! Everyone there - whether it's sales, finance or service - bends over backwards to make you feel at home, like you're family! I know we will never shop anywhere else - if RWF doesn't have it I don't need it. Thanks guys - once again - a happy wife! More

Disappointed Price was more than estimate, work took a day and a half more than the service advisor said. Very rude and no communication to customer. I use my Truc Price was more than estimate, work took a day and a half more than the service advisor said. Very rude and no communication to customer. I use my Truck for work, they didn't care I was losing business without a truck. Never will go to Rusty Wallace Ford in Dandridge Tn again. More
