Denying Warranty My truck is currently at the service center for repairs of parts that were installed less than a year ago and came with a 2 yr unlimited milage warran My truck is currently at the service center for repairs of parts that were installed less than a year ago and came with a 2 yr unlimited milage warranty. The service department is usine every loophole and unclear communication to not honor the written warranty. What good is a warranty if when the item fails, even due to failure of another warranted item, the warranty is considered void. I have heard many many other Ford owners have similar complaints. The Moss Magnuson Act is supposed to protect consumers against these situations, but somehow Ford thinks it is above legislation. If they would get their act together I would recommend this place because the diesel technician, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but as for the bureaucrats handling paperwork, they are just out to make money and will cause other consumers to look elsewhere. More

I had told Eric that I was looking for a gently used car, pre Once again we have not been disappointed by Eric Freeman @ Rusty Wallace in Dandridge. I had told Eric that I was looking for a gently used car, preferably green with a light interior. Found one, Ford Escape, within my price range. Being a person who doesn't adjust well to change, {still use a flip-phone} Eric patiently tutored me through all the bells and whistles. He is a wonderful person and this is the 4th time we have bought from him. We have had all our vehicles , including a F-150, we still own serviced by Rusty Wallace. Very satisfied customers. Worst Service Department Ever My car is having mechanical problems making the check engine light come on and out of two visits my car is still not fixed. The part that needs to be My car is having mechanical problems making the check engine light come on and out of two visits my car is still not fixed. The part that needs to be fixed is a very common problem in Fords but when I suggested what is wrong with it they do not check for it. I feel as if I am getting charged for services I don’t need. I’ve already been charge $500 and the cost will most likely keep climbing. More
