Stress free used car purchase We saw a good deal on a car we wanted at Rusty Wallace Ford on Car Guru's. We drove to the dealership which is conveniently located to I 40. Denying Warranty My truck is currently at the service center for repairs of parts that were installed less than a year ago and came with a 2 yr unlimited milage warran My truck is currently at the service center for repairs of parts that were installed less than a year ago and came with a 2 yr unlimited milage warranty. The service department is usine every loophole and unclear communication to not honor the written warranty. What good is a warranty if when the item fails, even due to failure of another warranted item, the warranty is considered void. I have heard many many other Ford owners have similar complaints. The Moss Magnuson Act is supposed to protect consumers against these situations, but somehow Ford thinks it is above legislation. If they would get their act together I would recommend this place because the diesel technician, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but as for the bureaucrats handling paperwork, they are just out to make money and will cause other consumers to look elsewhere. More
