My husband Tom had his heart set on a specific truck with a list of " had to haves" I thought would never be possible to obtain but Eric was on a mission and went over and above anyone would expect. He found the new truck somewhere in middle Tennessee, had it brought to Dandridge, transferred Tom's belongings from the trade in to the new truck, and even washed the floor mats! Most of the needed information was taken over the phone and in less than 48 hours, Tom was bringing his new truck home. Eric makes you feel like you are special, someone he truly wants to help in anyway he can. He won't stop until you are satisfied. No pressure, no games, no spending hours in the dealership.
