We were introduced to service department personnel, Robin Hodge, Courtney Whillock, and Jim Hale for future service needs. A tour was included. Everyone made us feel welcome and important. A fair price was offered and we rolled out with a beautiful new truck. Dylan did a great job of educating us on the ins and outs of our new vehicle and has been available with questions after the sale. We needed to add a factory accessory after sale and Robin accommodated well with our tight schedule. We will be recommending Rusty Wallace Ford to friends and family. More

I bought a red 2019 Mustang GT today and owe this to an outstanding salesman, Eric Freeman. Thank you Eric for getting me back into 8 cylinders again! My 2012 Mustang trade-in was a joy and had the same horsepower as my previous Mustang V8's. I was prepared to buy a 2020 4 cylinder Mustang because it had the same power as the V6. Test driving the GT sold me. Actually, the active valve performance exhaust (yep ... change the sound) sold me. I have missed that sound for a few years. The 420 hp didn't hurt either. The trade was the smoothest I can remember and there was no pressure. This car didn't have red and black leather seats which I really wanted (see 2020 models). Not to worry ... you made that happen with a phone call. I look forward to the leather install. Swapping Mustang stories was great also ... LOL ... an excellent sales tactic no doubt. Good experience I went in dealership and was greeted by two different men ask if they could help me I told them what I was wanting to look at a vehicle they had on I went in dealership and was greeted by two different men ask if they could help me I told them what I was wanting to look at a vehicle they had on line.They said that a salesman would be right out to help me. Aaron Miller came right out with keys and said he would pull vehicle up to the front for me to look at. Very nice ,polite and happy to help me. No high pressure. Everyone smiling.
