We were greeted warmly and treated with respect throughout the process from Dealer Greg Voncannon to our sales professional Dylan Loy to financing with Danial Williams . We were introduced to service department personnel, Robin Hodge, Courtney Whillock, and Jim Hale for future service needs. A tour was included. Everyone made us feel welcome and important. A fair price was offered and we rolled out with a beautiful new truck. Dylan did a great job of educating us on the ins and outs of our new vehicle and has been available with questions after the sale. We needed to add a factory accessory after sale and Robin accommodated well with our tight schedule. We will be recommending Rusty Wallace Ford to friends and family. More
