The two salesmen, Brandon and Chris, were very attentive to our needs and what we were searching for in our next Ford Explorer. Both of their follow-ups with us were top level. Could not ask for two bett to our needs and what we were searching for in our next Ford Explorer. Both of their follow-ups with us were top level. Could not ask for two better sales personnel to work with during our buying process. However, the detail people were the opposite extreme. The Explorer had sticky substance on the 3rd row seating and other areas that were not cleaned. It seemed, the detailer just wanted to cover as much as the could with Armor All without proper cleaning first. Explorer had black "skins" over the original wheels that were shiny. I wanted the skins or hubcaps put in back of the Explorer but they were not. Finance department did not prepare our paperwork properly. We had no trade. But paperwork did not show our sizeable down payment and left off the $1,000 we gave them to hold the Explorer for us. This reflected in a $1,000 overcharge, which was quickly refunded. Reason for the 4 stars was Brandon, Chris, and Sales Manager we spoke with were very professional. More

I came in a truck problem and they were very honest with it. I decided to move into a new truck before I made the drive back to Charleston. Took my 2016 Ford fusion to the service center for several recalls, loss of brakes. Loss of steering & my passenger side doors swung open while driving. Needless to say, they didn’t fix my doors prope several recalls, loss of brakes. Loss of steering & my passenger side doors swung open while driving. Needless to say, they didn’t fix my doors properly & now my door Lock indicator lights don’t work, and they broke my consul and stapled it back together! Also my right turn signal on my passenger side mirror right now is intermittent. After calling them and hounding them for a week, I finally get a hold of the service manager who makes me wait another week to bring my car in and never once apologizes and accuses me of lying. No one has apologized to me for the problems that they’ve caused or made it right. To add insult to injury a consul is not cheap. More
