Weve been to many dealership browsing. Couldnt ever make a deal (to much pressure). Justin and Harvey made the experience comfortable and friendly!! There service was beyond compare. Theyve even been kind enough to continue contact making sure we are happy satisfied customers. Only had one complaint.... they have really hard chairs. My optima has a back up camera that stopped working. By the time we arrived for service it had resumed operation. They double checked all the wiring and didn't find any major flaws. I DID not go to the dealer to buy a vehicle, I had done some comparison shopping online, and got a call from Natalie, but told her my circumstances had changed. I had broken my leg and wouldn't be able to look or do any shopping for quite some time. She called me weekly and wanted to know about my current vehicle and when she called weekly to check on me and learned more and more about my Toyota I was driving and its condition, she made sure she called until I got a walking cast on and then she set up a 27 minute visit so she could have the person evaluate my vehicle and let me know it's worth. I went for that evaluation and knew if I ever traded my "baby" I knew what I wanted. She introduced me to Tommy Lane who asked me what vehicle I had been interested in, and I told him a Sorento, BUT I wasn't up to going about the lot and looking at them, I told him I don't want one with all the bells and whistles, and he pulled one into part of the dealership for me to inspect, and it was the only color I would buy and the interior was the color I wanted and it didn't have all the bells and whistles as what I had on the trade in, as told him I didn't need all that. So, what started out as a day to find out what my vehicle was worth on paper to the dealer, turned into Tommy making a deal. The figure I had in mind for my "baby" was given along with extra money for rebates, so it really made my baby worth more. That is too good to pass up. I told him what I would pay for a payment and he came in very close that I cut him some on that and I drove out with a new baby. A 2014 Kia Sorento. That I did not intend to purchase but Tommy and his gang made it so very easy and a pleasant experience that I parted ways with the old and in with the new. If your looking or a serious buyer go to see Tommy and tell him I sent you...he will take good care of you and make the whole experience great. More
I JUST STOPPED BY TO GET AN IDEA OF THE PRICING FOR THE KIA SOUL. I DIDN'T HAVE TITLE TO CAR TRADING IN, PAY STUBS, OR EVEN MY CELL PHONE. I JUST STOPPED AT THE SPUR OF THE MOMENT. HIS FIRST QUESTION WAS IF I HAD SPOKEN WITH ANYONE ELSE AT THE DEALERSHIP AS HE DIDN'T WANT TO HURT SOMEONE ELSE'S SALES. THIS IMPRESSED ME AS MANY SALESPEOPLE ARE RUTHLESS. HE SHOWED ME SEVERAL MODELS, EXPLAINED THE PRICING DIFFERENCES AND WHAT MADE EACH MODEL THE REQUESTED PRICE. i ALSO TOLD MR. BRYANT THAT I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF TIME SINCE THIS WAS AN UNPLANNED TRIP. TWO HOURS LATER I HAD NEW KEYS IN MY HAND!! I RECENTLY LOST MY HUSBAND. WHEN I HAD TO GIVE HIS SET OF KEYS TO MR BRYANT, IT WAS PAINFUL. MR BRYANT EXPRESSED CONCERN BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IT WASN'T FAKE. I ENJOYED HAVING A "PERSON" SELL ME A VEHICLE INSTEAD OF A "SALESPERSON". ANOTHER PERSONAL TOUCH....I HAD A PERSONALIZED LICENSE PLATE ON MY TRADE IN..SOMETHING WITH MY LATE HUSBAND'S NAME ON IT... MR. BRYANT MADE SURE I GOT MY PLATE AND CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE HAD RETREAVED IT AND WAS HOLDING IT IN A SAFE PLACE FOR ME...THANK YOU MR HARVEY FOR THE HUMAN TOUCH!!!! More

I had received a service notice for my KIA via Email, so called and made an appointment for two days later. When I arrived at the dealership service department, Ms. Salmons quickly filled out the work order called and made an appointment for two days later. When I arrived at the dealership service department, Ms. Salmons quickly filled out the work order and my car was IMMEDIATELY taken in. I went up front to the waiting/sales area and fixed myself a cup of coffee. I walked about sipping coffee and looking at some of the new vehicles on the floor. Thirty-two minutes after I had arrived, Ms. Salmons came up to the front and told me my car was ready to go. I believe that is really exceptional time for my lube oil filter service, AND the staff could not have been friendlier or more professional. I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Kia GMC Cadillac for the quality of their service, and the level of performance for all the employees that I have had the pleasure to deal with. AND that is why I gave the ratings that I did!!!!!!!!!!!! More
