My 2012 Kia Soul had episodes where it would not start when cold. The first appointment did not resolve the issue (because we were unable to duplicate the problem- it started every time) so the Service D when cold. The first appointment did not resolve the issue (because we were unable to duplicate the problem- it started every time) so the Service Dept advised me to call if it happened again. The next morning the vehicle did not start on first attempt, so I called the Service Department who advised me to call the Kia Road Service and have my vehicle towed to Rusty Wallace Kia. Once they had my vehicle the service department quickly identified the issue as a faulty starter. The Service Dept folks called me right away and let me know the problem and that they were ordering a replacement. The next morning they called and told me my car was ready. Vehicle seems to be starting just fine. Throughout the entire process, start to finish, the Service Dept personnel were PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE and HONEST, and after 26 years in the Navy that goes a very long way with me. I was 100% comfortable and satisfied with their service and would most definitely recommend this dealership and service department to anyone. More
