I emailed the site about the price of new Kia Souls and Kheeana emailed me and called to follow up with me right away. When I came to Rusty Wallace to visit she introduced me to her manager and Sierra in sales. Sierra was super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or obligated to buy and she helped me get to the best price possible for my new 2014 Kia Soul. She even backed my Soul out of the showroom for me to drive around town while we made a decision about my purchase. I also met Terry the finance manager and I was surprised to learn from him that many of the employees at the dealership had been with the company several years. I love my Kia Soul!
