We were looking at a used Kia on a very cold and snowy Saturday morning. Harvey hung in there as if it was 70 degrees instead of 25. From the moment I called Rusty Wallace in Morristown, I was pleased with how they handled my concerns. The engine light in my 2011 GMC Acadia had come on and stayed on for a few days. I asked ONSTAR for a diagnostic check and they told me it was an emmissions problem and said I needed to take it in right away. I called Rusty Wallace on King Rd in Morristown as I had purchased my Acadia there. I was transferred to the service department where Duane set me up with an appointment that fit into my schedule (I live an hour away). Upon arriving at the Dealership for my appointment, Duane met me right away. He escorted me to a comfortable waiting area and told me he would be back in a little while. When he came back, he told me that there was a bad #2 coil and it needed to be replaced and that it would be an hour and a half to get me back on the road. In just over an hour he came back and said my car was ready and they had also done an all around check of my car, tires, fluids, etc. As my car was just over the 36,000 miles but withing the 36 months, he called the warranty department and I was only charged a $100 deductible which was a nice surprise. I was soon on my way and a phone call from the dealership the following day to make sure that I was satisfied, was appreciated. Amanda Roberts More

to start out I had been in the doctors office from 10 am that till 3:30 When I discovered that my car was dead. NOTHING !ok, so all up set and broke down. Did Google search, checked out a few dealers then I called this service dept. and I spoke with a very kind and patient young lady , she informed me right up front with it being so late that it would be Monday before someone could even check it, that is after I have it towed there ! The honesty was great ! You see Im a stoke patient with a few speech impediments , I have had so many people start out as soon as they hear me speaking , thinking that because my mouth doesn't say what my brain is thinking they can walk all over me... It was awesome to deal with Tammy she was very honest, upfront, informational. She keep me informed with all services BEFORE they was done. She made sure I was aware of what the total would be with each service and which ones was needs and which was on a warranty issues. I feel very safe in saying that I would refer this Dealer/Service Dept. to any and all of my friend and family. Thank You Tammy for restoring my faith in dealership services depts. More
I stopped in with no appointment to see if they would check why the "check engine" sensor was on. Duane Gibbs in the service department not only had them check it, he got the car in right away for servi check why the "check engine" sensor was on. They immediately got me a rental car, ordered a new computer for my car and I was able to pick up my car 2 days later. Fast, friendly and thorough. I will go back for all of my Kia service needs. The Service Department was very quick to schedule our service appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and courteous staff. I did almost all of my deal over the phone. they were happy to work with me and, I fell they did everything they could to help get in the car we wanted. one of the main reason I went there we have two kias that we actually bought at different dealer who went out of business. they have been doing the service and warranty work on for the past few years. the service department have always treated very well. when thinking about buying a car at a dealer. thought it made sense to go to one that would be able to go beyond the sale. I always do research when I think about buying something they gave me a fair price on the car. I would highly recommend this dealer . More
