They have a climate controlled, spacious comfortable waiting area with free WiFi, giant TV, close restrooms and more if needed, everyone speaks to me when I walk in, and it just seems like they are always thinking of how they would want to be treated. I have just recently bought my third vehicle from Rusty Wallace Cadallic GMC and was treated fairly with no pressure. As for their service department, they provide terrific work from certified mechanics. But thats not the last of it...they have Duane and Tammy whose friendly faces I see when I first enter.
