Great!! This had to be the first time that I have been to a car dealer and felt like I walked off the lot not getting ripped off and had a fair deal. My experience @Rusty Wallace GMC, Cadillac, Kia From the time I talked to Tommy on the phone until we visited the dealership, he was interested in helping me find the truck that I wanted,Once we got From the time I talked to Tommy on the phone until we visited the dealership, he was interested in helping me find the truck that I wanted,Once we got to the dealership, he had located several possible trucks for us to consider, We drove one of the trucks that they had in stock equipped like we were looking for, but it wasn't the color that we wanted. They were able to bring in the truck that we wanted from another dealership. When I came to pick up the truck it was even better than I had anticipated as far as color, interior & exterior and how it was equipped. We went by the dealership this past Saturday on the way to Greeneville, We were greeted by a salesman (Bobby) that we had not dealt with, He greeted us at the door and called us by name, I was impressed. My wife will be needing to replace her vehicle before too long and I will give them a call when we are at that point. We really enjoyed meeting and working with your finance manager, Terry. Really great experience Wanted to check out the Kia Soul. Had a Toyota Venza. Lliked the Venza but needed a smaller car. Called the dealer (Fred Coyle) told him what I wan Wanted to check out the Kia Soul. Had a Toyota Venza. Lliked the Venza but needed a smaller car. Called the dealer (Fred Coyle) told him what I wanted to do and he offered to let me try a Soul out for a couple of days. I could not believe the car. It was fully equipped with things I had never even thought of. Fred gave me to Tommy Lane (sales person). He spent time with me as was very patient. No pressure. We looked for the right color and equipment and as if Tommy waved his magic wand just the color and equipment I wanted showed up on the lot while I was still looking. Trade in price was fair and discount on car was fair. We made our deal very quickly. I have traded with this dealer before when he was the Toyota dealer.
