Harvey was an awesome salesman who got the job done quickly, efficiently, and we left knowing we got a great deal and that we had gotten exactly what we wanted for our trade. We recently visited the service department last week for our first service appointment on our new Kia and were amazed with how quickly we were in and out. The lounge is awesome with comfortable seating, clean restrooms, free coffee, TV, and magazines. Everyone is so friendly and we feel right at home when we're there. The service department explained everything they had done when they were finished, provided us with paperwork we could keep so that we had record of our service, and the price was exactly what they had told us to expect. 5 stars aren't even enough to give this dealership! Amazing! I just recently purchased my 2nd KIA Sorento from Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC KIA in Morristown . I absolutely love the Sorento. I love the gas milea I just recently purchased my 2nd KIA Sorento from Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC KIA in Morristown . I absolutely love the Sorento. I love the gas mileage and the comfortable ride. Danny Cody and Mr. Norton both worked with my husband and myself to give us the best deal possible and they did not disappoint. I always had my other Sorento serviced at the Dealership and the staff has always been very courteous and I look forward to the same exceptional service with my new Sorento. The waiting area is very comfortable or you can browse the lot while you wait on your vehicle to be serviced. I never knew you could ask for what you want and they will find it for you. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made buying a car a lot less stressful. Buyer beware I bought a 2004 ford f-250. 1. They lied said it was a one owner, it wasn't 2. They do not inspect trade in's, clock spring in steering wheel is sho I bought a 2004 ford f-250. 1. They do not inspect trade in's, clock spring in steering wheel is shot, which cause the horn and cruise control not to work..I should have check that as well...So make sure you inspect every inch of it cause they don't, I found out by checking the codes,,,,They could have done the same. 3. Waited 3 weeks on a title that wasn't in my name, now I'm off to DMV my guess they didn't have the title.. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealer, very big mistake on my part... After talking with the dealership, nothing was resolved.. Again I stand by what I say... More
not professional at all let me start by saying I have had my cars serviced here for a few years. the service has always been good. so at the first of the year we bought a let me start by saying I have had my cars serviced here for a few years. the service has always been good. so at the first of the year we bought a 2013 kia Sorrento that we where happy with. so considering I have had such good experience so far went back to buy a second car. I have never been so upset in my life. work on a deal for a few days didn't think I could get what I wanted. so I call them to tell them that I was not going to buy. so they said they would give it to me at the price I wanted. so I went by they had one but it was the wrong color. I said if I was going to go in debt I had to get what I wanted. they found one I was so happy thought I was getting the car of my dreams. They said it would be a few days until they could get it in. they said I could drive the other one until they got it in . Ok great I said so we went to the back switched all my stuff out of my car. went to finance office found out it was a leases which I did not want thought I was buying the car . so terry the finance person went to get manger. so he came in got in my face and said I was wasting his time and I new what I was doing I said no I did not know it was a leases. he made some comments I said I was done walked out. he told my sales person to go get my car. so I walked outside he followed me kept making comments. I went to where the cars where parked to switch my stuff back. at this time I was late for work . I told the guy he needed to back up and let me get my stuff and leave I don't no what he was thinking. I don't no if I ever been so embarrassed in my life.so then I guess he realizes how far it has went. he did apologized to me told me take the car go to work come back on Monday to get everything lined out which I did. went back on Monday got my car and left. his name was Dennis I think he was the gm. I don't think I will ever go back. which is sad because they have a great service dept. I will tell every one I know my story because I don't want anyone to feel the way I did that day.one of the worst days I have had in a long time. I hope this helps someone in their decision in where to buy a car. More
