As our score on this site suggests, we usually achieve just that. Unfortunately, it would seem we missed the mark during your visit. Part of the superior customer service we offer our visitors includes providing them with all payment options available for the vehicle they pick out. It is important to us that everyone we work with is supplied with all the information we have, so they may make the most informed decision possible. This includes both purchase and lease options. Based on the monthly budget you indicated you needed to remain within, the lease was the clear option to take. Unfortunately, to purchase the vehicle you picked out would have raised the monthly payment by hundreds of dollars. Once again, we are very sorry for your experience. We would be even more disappointed to lose your service business in the future. (As you mentioned, our Service Department is “great”.
