They replaced my radio. They replaced my radio even though my warranty had run out a few months earlier. They had replaced the Que twice before so the car had a history of r They replaced my radio even though my warranty had run out a few months earlier. They had replaced the Que twice before so the car had a history of related problems and I had hardly driven the car since they last replced the que over a year ago. (less than 3,000 miles) They called the manufacturer and they agreed to replace the radio free of charge and labor. The most unprofessional dealership These dealership is a joke! The most unprofessional people I have ever met. They lie to your face to get you in a car...have you sign documents ..then These dealership is a joke! The most unprofessional people I have ever met. They lie to your face to get you in a car...have you sign documents ..then say you stole the car. We have been harrassed and threatened for no reason by Tyler, Tommy and now some guy by the name of Jarred. We now have a lawyer involved as well as the Attorney General and news media . What they have done to us is basiclly Consumer Fraud! Do not go to Rusty Wallace at all ! Unless you want to be lied to and harassed by their staff. More
