Moving to Sevierville Tennessee, I had reservations because I assumed it was only that dealer that would understand my concerns and needs. Boy was I wrong! At Rusty Wallace Kia in Morristown Tennessee they picked up right where I left off from. The service writer completely understood what my needs were and fully adressed my service concerns. The waiting area in very comfortable and I was able to finish the task I had because of the office set-up and the free wi-fi available. (The popcorn was just a plus). I will now consider Rusty Wallace kia in Morristown Tennessee my new Dealership for all my service needs not only for my Optima Ex Hy-brid but any vehicles I own. If I'm willing to drive 30 minutes from home it better be worth the trip. I'll gladly make the trip LeRoy Mendel. More

PRICE GOUGING Shopping for a Yukon Denali we were referred to this dealership. Someone on their sales staff called us . They were professional , polite , informative and acomidating. The dealership is an hour away from our home, so we requested pictures of the window sticker, exterior and interior. The sales staff was obliging , and we planned the next day to go for a test drive . Upon review of the window sticker, we noticed the dealership had typed at the bottom ; " ADJUSTED MARKET VALUE" - 2750.00. This bumped the retail value set by GMC , nearly 3000.00$ . Never seeing this type of thing before , I researched what it meant. In short; it's a practice that some unscrupulous dealership owners use to keep their profit margins up. It may not be ileagal, but for me it's a shady way to do bussiness. People that purchase vehicles from this dealership should read the fine print. You may not be getting the great deal you think you are. Needless to say, we did not do bussiness with this dealership. More

Since then we've always used this Service Department because they do such a great job. They never fail to get me in when I need the appointment and are very courteous. When I pick up my vehicle, they cover the maintenance report thoroughly. Matt is generally the person taking care of me, very nice, professional and patient person. I appreciate a business that employs people like they have on this service desk, it means they care about their customers. More
